For deliveries within Dubai and nearby areas, expect arrival typically within 2 to 5 business days after processing. For other UAE emirates, delivery could take 3 to 7 business days. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress. Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries

It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Horse UAE is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
