HorseUAE typically supports major credit and debit cards and may also offer local payment options in AED; accepted methods are clearly shown at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Yes, payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that follow industry standards to protect your card and personal data.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order changes or cancellations are usually only possible before the order is packed or shipped; customers should contact support as soon as possible with their order number to check available options.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. Express shipping is available for 1 business day delivery (when you order before 7 pm on business days)
Which areas do you deliver to?

How can I track my shipment?
Once the order is dispatched, customers receive a tracking number or link (sometimes they may not) from the courier so they can follow the shipment status online.
What is your return policy?
HorseUAE offers a 3,0‑day return window from the date of receipt, provided items are unused, in original condition and returned with all tags and packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, customers should contact support with the order number, product details and reason for return; instructions and return address will then be provided.
Are any items non‑returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as supplements, feed, opened grooming products or customized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping or collection costs, within the stated processing timeframe.
