Vet Sleeve is a non absorbent, anti-microbial compression sleeve that based on anecdotal evidence is known to have a pain relieving feature. Vet Sleeve is comprised of a thermoplastic elastomer compound that is sourced and manufactured entirely in the USA. The compression ratios and seamless construction have been tested and proven (see white paper) to increase blood flow to the targeted area. Increased blood flow is known to speed the healing process in wounds and also dramatically reduce edema. Vet Sleeve is available in a vented (breathable openings) or solid form with both options offering the compression, anti-microbial, and kinesthetic features. Applications for the vented sleeve include: surgical dressing placeholder, dressing for breathable wound treatment, edema reduction and management, joint and movement support, and increased blood flow and compression. Applications for the solid sleeve include: replacement for traditional leg wrapping, vulnerable wound management, leg protection from debris or water, management/healing/preventing of scratches, reduction of the risk of wrap/bandage bow and the potential to assist in the healing of infected wounds by creating a sweating effect. ​
