30 days return guarantee
Dear Customers, we are pleased to announce that for the sake of the highest level of satisfaction extended time to return goods ordered through our online store up to 30 days from the date of its receipt. From now you do not have to hurry with the exchange of non-matching product.
Tack & track's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

In case, we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Tack & Track has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Any money which you have paid minus the cost of collection/return carriage cost will be refunded provided that the Seller receives the goods in the original condition and packaging they were in at the time of delivery to the Customer. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we receive the cancelled goods from you. If you wish to return or reject an item forming part of a multi-item order and you have been given a discount based on total order value, then, in calculating your refund, Tack & Track will take into account any lower level of discount that would have been available on the other items in the order had the returned item not been included i.e. the refund given on the returned item will be reduced to take into account the lower discount available on the other items in your order as a result of the reduction in total order value arising from the return.
Where items are unwanted, you will be responsible for the return collection or return postage cost. Returned goods should be adequately insured during return postage. Unwanted items must be returned unmarked and in their original packaging. If our carrier has been instructed to collect the goods to be returned and you do not have the original packaging, please notify us in advance so we can arrange for adequate packaging to be taken at the time of collection. If items are not in their original packaging and you have not notified us of this before collection, they will not be collected and a charge of up to AED 100 will be levied to cover the cost of failed collection.
